Carlo I in 1759
Carlo Allessandro I of Viola (1694-1761) was the King of Viola from 1754-1761. He was known as "Carlo the fat", for he was a very big man. He married Isabella of Santa Maria, sovereign princess of the Principality of Santa Maria. Carlo died at his private estate at Montemare, leaving the throne to his son Charles II.
