The 2010 Noel Federal Elections were the 14th federal and mid-term elections, and first seperate Prime Ministeral election after the 2009 New Democratic Act, with a new total of 50 elected parliament members. The also for the first ever time due to not getting 50% percent in the Prime Minister race, there was a runoff between the top two candidates from the Progressive Coalition of Noel, and the Smart Coalition of Noel.

  • The creation of a secondary Governor's position called the Secretary of State, which approves licenses for every occupation needing one, elections, tracks money and lobbyists, state parks and recreational activities, and fills in for the governor in case of an emergency or leave of absence.
  • Liberal Conservative Party of Noel is founded one month before the state elections and the IL joins a coalition with them.
  • 2011 Viola-Noel Treaty is agreed by both leaders and briefed to the Parliament.
  • The Viola-Noel Treaty passes on April 5th, 2011, 42-8.
